Terms of Sale

• Payment method : credit cards issued in Korea or abroad (Eximbay payment window)
• Billing currency : Euro (EUR)
• Service starts : immediately after payment
• Service period : 1 month for the monthly plan, 1 year for the annual plan
• Auto-renewal : we charge your saved card on the last day of the period and email you 7 days before. You can cancel it anytime in My Account.
• Cancellation & refund : full refund within 7 days of payment if the service has not been used. After 7 days, or once the service has been used, no refund is available. If the service becomes unavailable for reasons on our side, we refund in proportion to the remaining period. (Terms of Service, Article 6)
